Maggie Q is joining Hugh Jackman and Ewan McGregor in The Tourist, a sexual thriller being produced by Jackman's Seed Productions and Cheyenne Enterprises, reports Variety.
The project will film in New York City in coming weeks and Q (real name Quigley) will slot in her supporting role before she starts work on 20th Century Fox's Live Free or Die Hard, which begins shooting in Los Angeles in November.
Q, who broke out in Mission: Impossible III, recently completed crime comedy Balls of Fury for Intrepid Pictures, Rogue Pictures and Spyglass Entertainment.
"Tourist," directed by Marcel Langenegger, is about an accountant (McGregor) introduced to a mysterious sex club by his lawyer friend (Jackman). He soon becomes the prime suspect in a woman's disappearance. Other cast includes Robert "Toshi" Kar Yun Chan and Michelle Williams.

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Justin Long and Asian actress Maggie Q are joining Bruce Willis in "Live Free or Die Hard," the fourth installment of the "Die Hard" series.
The 20th Century Fox project centers on an attack on the U.S.' computer infrastructure that begins to shut the country down. The mysterious figure behind the scheme has figured out every digital angle but never counts on an old-fashioned "analog" John McClane, played by Willis.
Long will play a smart, younger guy who assists McClane. Maggie Q will play a world-class hacker at odds with McClane.
Production begins this month. Len Wiseman ("Underworld") is directing.
Long, who appears in the popular Apple Computer ads as the Mac, most recently starred in the college comedy "Accepted."
Maggie Q might best be known for being a team member of Tom Cruise's spy unit in "Mission: Impossible III." She next appears in the comedy "Balls of Fury," with Christopher Walken and Dan Fogler, scheduled for release in January.
