agree i gave away 10 different woks and frying pans when i moved now i find with only 1 pan and 1 pot i manage very well not so much washing up after cooking!!!

tend to agree but feeling 遺憾 means that one's not "living at the present" (活在當下) experience and memory serves better as data and reference to utilize, rather than reinforcing negative emotion
besides, a person is so micro comparing to the universe his/her success or failure is even more micro... should one bothers to care...?
moreover, we always experience something at each moment i.e. we're always getting something to regret means that we do not appreciate what we got, such as an unpleasant experience, but it can give insight and wisdom, when is open enough to accept
