Perhaps it¡¦s a good idea to first say what Mundane Astrology is. According too Webster¡¦s Dictionary mundane relates to the world (mundo meaning worldly). Mundane Astrology interprets charts in terms of global trends, the destinies of nations and large groups of people based on an analysis of  the cardinal ingresses (equinoxes, solstices,) eclipses, lunations, outer planetary conjunctions, national charts and the charts of leaders.m$=Z

While it is important to know that the energies which we have learned to associate with the Planets, Signs and Houses in Natal astrology are intrinsically the same, our work in mundane astrology differs slightly in that we must consider that we are dealing with large groups of people rather than individuals, so there is some adjustment to be made. Nonetheless you will undoubtedly be able to immediately see the connections and we will cover these descriptions in Part 2.([Q,

1. The Horoscope of a corporation or organization can sometimes be determined with a fair degree of accuracy if you can discover the time of filing an incorporation or perhaps, when the doors opened for the first time. The Horoscopes of nations are not nearly so easy to come by, as you will notice if you have been following the discussions pertaining to the 'real' US chart.i

This is because historical fact is not so easy determine. We have no birth certificate to look at, although in some few cases we do have certain documents which can help us. The horoscope of modern Japan is one example, although there are two potential charts even for Japan; the first is set for the date when the Emperor formally presented the new Constitution to the Diet (Parliament) on May 3, 1847. Since the presentation was in the morning, and the celebrations in the afternoon this chart is often set for noon in Tokyo, which is inexact of course, and so the houses and angles should not be relied upon.I>>]$'
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ !vc
The second chart which is in use has a more exact and accurate time, and is for the official restoration of independence and sovereignty; the moment peace was declared between Japan and the USA. This took place on the 28th April 1952. The time is taken from press reports, of which some have shown to be inaccurate because they were written PRIOR to the event!- so you see you have to be really careful. The correct time for this chart is 1:30pm gmt and it is the one I rely on the most.!LB

I use Nicholas Campions "The Book of World Horoscopes" (Cinnabar Books, 1996) as my source. It is an extremely comprehensive book, and Nick has taken some pains to outline as much of the history of each nation as he can, believing that a nation is formed over time, and that various significant sociological events have led to its formation. It is these events which coalesce to create an emergent property which we know as the new Nation. He also does not rectify the charts - which many mundane astrologers who produce books, do - but when there is doubt, sets the time for noon and makes that clear. Nick has also said that rather than asking the question is this the correct horoscope? we should ask what is the significance of this horoscope? This, of course, is a more divinitory approach than I am comfortable with personally, nonetheless I see a different value in asking the question, and that is this: If, for example, we are using a horoscope which is erected for the time of a significant historical event, we might ponder that future similar events are likely to be better judged with this horoscope than another. The best thing to do, in my opinion, is to test these various charts for yourself and see which is the more representative for the types of events you are analyzing, understanding that all astrologers are also researchers. Another way of looking at the various charts which seem to accumulate when discussing a nation, is to try to arrange them in a heirarchy so that you can see which is the most important and which have specific areas of action.g

2. There is an expression - "As goes the King - so goes the country." This is very apt. The chart of the leader of a nation or organization can be very revealing even if you are unable to ascertain the correct birth time. Leaders tend to emerge to represent the nation's focus or the group consciousness at any given time in history; the period in which Nazi Germany came into being comes to mind as well as those States which see their leaders as power-brokers or divine. Even leaders who are elected democratically for a short period of time, may well reflect the current group psychology, and his/her horoscope becomes useful in helping to analyze the fate of the collective for that time period.[

3, 4, 5. The Ingress, (Equinox, Solstice) Lunation, Conjunction and Eclipse charts are based upon exact, predictable astronomical events and are the oldest forms of astrology, used by the ancients to forecast the fate of kings and emperors, to warn of attacks from hostile nations, as well as to predict the failure or success of the crops, and the advent of famines or plagues..Fq4

When erecting any of these charts, look in your ephemeris and note the date and time of the Ingress, Lunation or whichever method you are using. Be careful to set the time zone according to how your ephemeris is listed. The ephemeris which I use gives all times as UT or GMT and so the time zone must always be set for 0 (Greenwich Mean Time). Enter the longitude or latitude of any place you wish; the capital city for the country you are investigating, the city where you live, or the location of the headquarters for a corporation, are some examples. The planetary patterns will remain the same no matter the location it is set in, because the chart is cast for a particular moment in time. However, the houses positions of the planets as well as any aspects or configurations they make will be quite different depending for different parts of the world, and vive la difference!:RD,

The Ingress Chart is cast for the moment that the Sun enters 0 degrees of the four cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer , Libra and Capricorn. This date and time is generally to be found in your ephemeris or here online. It is a good idea to cast all four charts at the beginning of the year so that you can see the flow of events over time. Each Ingress chart cover a period of three months.<,Z

Note: "While all charts in these lessons are Tropical charts, it is worth noting that the sidereal CapSolar is also a very valuable tool for use as an annual chart. This is set for the time that the Sun moves into the sidereal sign of Capricorn. For the year 2001 set the data for January 14th 2001 @ 20:32:56 UT. Set the chart for different locales, look at angular planets and close hard aspects; look at midpoint pictures for greater detail. Don't pay attention to house rulers with the CapSolar: aspects, angularity, midpoints. Transits, lunar progressions and quotidian crossings are the keys to `when` "(Matthew Quellas). The difference between the Sidereal Zodiac and the Tropical Zodiac is a result of the precession of the equinoxes.(JG)L@)
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ @r&;-
Solstice Charts are charts which are erected at the Summer and Winter Solstice, which are the longest and shortest days of the year. In the Northern Hemisphere, the Sun rises a little bit further north each day beginning with the Summer Solstice. On the day of the Winter Solstice the Sun "pauses" or "stands still" in its northward movement and begins to move South. This corresponds to the days when the Sun enters 0 Cancer and 0 Capricorn respectively, and these charts can be read for those 6 month periods.z$a.L"
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ f6dAS
Equinox Charts are cast for the two points in the year when the length of the day is equal to the length of the night. These are the Vernal (Spring) Equinox which occurs on the 1st day of Spring, and the Autumnal Equinox which takes place on the 1st day of Fall.. The Vernal Point is the place where the zodiac begins for Tropical astrologers. These two are also 6 month charts.~

Lunations. The word lunation refers to a complete cycle between two New Moons and is sometimes called a synodic month. Sometimes the term is used to refer to the New Moon. In this case, however, we are referring to both the New and Full Moons and, if you are a Virgo, even the quarters can be utilized. Cycle Charts. The Great Conjunctions are discussed in more deeply in Part 3 and these charts are used for the period of one conjunction to the next of the same pair of planets. Another type of cyclic chart is the Declination which are erected for the time that a planet moves from the South to the North declination and back. Most ephermides note the dates and times of changes in declination. This is an event which marks a new cycle for that planet. Declination charts for the planets Mars, Jupiter and Saturn have been the most productive and consistent in mundane astrology, and only the transit of the planet for which the chart is erected is noted. So in the Jupiter declination chart, only mark the transits of Jupiter to the other planets in the chart, in the Saturn Declination chart only mark the transits of Saturn to the other planets in the chart, and in the Mars Declination chart only note the transits of Mars to the other planets in the chart. Elbert Benjamine wrote about a Saturn declination charts as follows: "At the time that Saturn makes an aspect to the position of the planet in this chart, events will come to pass..affecting the things shown by the house position of the aspected planet, and the things for which the planet has special affinity" This is the procedure which is used for all three declination cycles.vj;0y

AstroCartoGraphic maps are not charts per se but rather a flat map of the world showing where the lines of angularity are at any given time. It is known that planets are most powerful when they are angular, and when maps are made for events they are interesting to observe. For example, creating a map for a future Eclipse will show where in the world Planets are angular and where the Eclipse will be visible, and so most likely to produce events. This is a useful thing to know because it would be virtually impossible to cast charts for every place on Earth for every cycle. Knowing where the planets are angular, eliminates some of the guesswork and you can then cast charts for those areas.fV
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ {
Event Charts are probably the most common types of charts erected, for they reveal the shape of a particular moment in time and space. Unlike the charts above, event charts are cast using the location (latitude and longitude), the time, and appropriate time zone for the occurrence in question. They are similar to natal charts but are read with mundane concepts in mind. It is common to erect an event chart for incidents such as plane crashes, explosions, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes, etc.W8Td

So how do we analyze this stuff?*SGnN{
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@
One can (and I admit to frequently doing so) get carried away with the number of charts available. However, it's probably best to keep things simple, at least in the beginning. You will find that different charts tend to repeat similar themes, and before worrying about predicting events, it's a good idea to look to the past and learn what various charts can tell you.+IF3 P
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ 4SG'
Any cyclical chart needs to be thought about in terms of what that particular cycle represents and refers to. All such charts are about the interaction between the Earth, Sun, Moon and the rest of our solar system, so they will reveal how the mix of the planetary principles we describe in the next section are being focused, and the kinds of ideas that man's consciousness is producing at that time. It goes without saying that the more we know about the current and historical circumstances of the Nation or group we are analyzing, the better we will be able to evaluate and predict the possibilities. Therefore, finding Uranus on an angle in an area which has a great deal of tension is likely to mean that an eruption is imminent, whereas the same position of Uranus in an area which is generally stable might mean that there is going to be some innovation and new technology in the news. I find that having historical reference material at hand is extremely valuable, and nothing can be better than our online resources. I would caution, however, that its always a good idea to get more than one source if you can since discrepancies are not uncommon.yPSPwt

In natal astrology we sometimes attempt to put a Pollyanna face on what we find, searching for the highest meaning. In mundane astrology it is more common to find that the same principles work out in much less subtle ways for the collective.sv7h.

When analyzing Ingress, Eclipse, Lunation or Equinox charts the general rule of thumb is check the following.?s
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ S
1. Are there any Major or Great Conjunctions occurring, and if so which houses do they fall into, and which houses do they rule. As we will discuss in part C, these are relatively rare events, and when they occur they have long-range political and sociological implications which you need to attempt to analyze and take into account. One of the best ways to do this is to look and see what was going on in the world at the last conjunction, and take the nature of the planets involved into consideration. Note too, whether we are at a square or opposition point in the cycle, for these are the times when events are also likely to occur.,6
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ z:f
2. Look at the aspects patterns and configurations, and again note which houses they are in and which they rule. Planets on the angles are the strongest and tend to produce events quickly and noticeably, as do the aspects which are really close. I personally use an orb of no more than 5 degrees. Planets in Fixed houses are resistant to change and can become rigid or immovable. Planets in Mutable houses usually show behind the scenes kinds of planning. Cardinal houses often produce action..'p~r"
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ &/Q
It is notable that in mundane astrology it is the stressful aspects which seem to create events while the trines and sextiles tend to show that reason and negotiation are possible. If a planet happens to station Direct or Retrograde in one of these charts, it is very significant and major political events seem to change course at this time.XS^
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ 1
3. Pay attention to the chart ruler (that planet which rules the Ascendant) and the planet which rules the MC. Aspects to the Ascendant and/or its ruler generally bring events which affect the people of the group, while aspects to the MC or its ruler seem to affect the leadership and other public figures, as well as the status of the nation or organization in the eyes of the rest of the world.ZX
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ aS
4. When analyzing the Ingress charts, Mars is a triggering planet. Take note of the dates on which transiting Mars aspects the chart planets for that 3-month period. It is usually then that you will hear something about the issues concerning the planet and house in question. New and Full Moon positions will also act as a transit to and a trigger for an Ingress chart. Recognize that a New or Full Moon chart is not a different technique to an Ingress but part of the same analysis set, just for a smaller period of time, whereas an AstroCartoGraphical map is quite a different technique.G0cF`{
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ *
5. When an Eclipse occurs note, not only the Eclipse chart itself, but where it falls in the national or organizational chart, and the chart of the leader. Make notes concerning any difficult aspect it makes to these horoscopes. There has been some disagreement about how long an Eclipse chart is in effect. Some say that it lasts until the next Eclipse, others that it is in effect for a longer period in the area where it is visible. I note that the degrees of a Total Solar Eclipse seem to be sensitive for many months.k@
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ 7
Astrologer Richard Nolle as advanced a theory on SuperMoons, a term he has coined to describe a period when the New or Full Moon is at its closest approach to Earth. At this time Nolle believes that there is a correlation with geophysical upheavals, including weather and seismic activity, for several days before and after the event. This certainly makes sense considering the pull that the Moon has on Earth, and history seems to back him up too. The problem seems to be in locating where in the world the events might occur.. but occur they seem to do.c3H~
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ &
There are a variety of other techniques available, but I suggest that in your early months of 'mundaning' that you try to stick with just the ones I have suggested above.<<I

In Part A we covered some of the types of charts which are used in mundane astrology and noted that while the principles of planets, and houses remain the same, that the fine interpretations relate to the collective rather than the individual. With that in mind let's take a look at some of the meanings.^x
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ e
Sun: In the natal chart of a country or organization, the Sun shows the national identity and pride, or its lack.. The Sun's placement by sign, aspect and house will mirror much of the character of the nation or organization. It will show the type of government and its administration.P99j
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@
The condition of the leader of the nation as indicated by the Sun often reflects the well-being of the nation itself. Difficult aspects to the Sun show internal tensions and are an indicator of the nation's prime adversaries. It can show the manner in which a nation expresses itself and the way in which it is seen by foreigners. The Sun rules the entertainment industry as a whole, films, theater, tourism, gold mining, solar power and to some extent, politics as a profession.]=W0o"
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ oFc_2
In an Ingress, Lunation or Eclipse chart the Sun represents the executive head of the nation, or in monarchies, the crowned head. It indicates the person in charge of any undertaking large or small. The Sun rules influential business and political leaders, heads of corporations and popular public figures.T/6l
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ siR0L^
Moon: The Moon signifies the people, the masses, commoners and the population as a whole, as well as the entire concept of democracy. It especially rules women in the nation state or organization as well as the manner in which the collective regards its female members. In general, it represents the popular opinion and mass idealologies. In a natal chart of a country, the Moon governs food supplies, or their lack and is one indicator of the natural resources of the nation. It is an indicator of the quality of life within the country and also rules internal security issues.p1AcE
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ kk}
If afflicted either natally or in transit charts, the Moon can indicate famine, ethnic and racial discord and general unrest among the people. It can also indicate a lack of birth control, food, rationing or inflated food prices. Water pollution or the repression of women and welfare abuse..B[G
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ {}~E&
When well aspected, the Moon promotes peace, promises abundant harvests, and indicates conditions of well-being for the population.-1jyr
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ /h?W
In the Ingress, Lunation or Eclipse charts the Moon signifies the population as a whole and rules public opinion. It denotes women in general, and any occupation connected with water or common public needs. Public Utilities such as water and power and their distribution are Moon ruled.LO
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ @
Mercury: Mercury represents the means by which individuals in a country or organization communicate with one another, therefore all forms of communication and travel by rail, sea, air, road, mail, speech, writing newspapers, magazines etc are Mercury ruled. Mercury also governs education and intellectual movements and trends, as well as schools, political announcements and media events of all kinds. Mercury is the voice of national opinion. It rules youth in general and denotes science, documents and treaties. IGu(;
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ ^
In the natal chart of a nation Mercury indicates the literacy rates, information and propaganda, bureaucracy and how well communication is developed within the country, as well as the condition of the system of roads and highways. A well aspected Mercury is indicative of high literacy rates, educational systems that are modern and well attended, as well as information which is easily available and uncensored.x9,+4G
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ A8eY&C
In the Ingress, Lunation or Eclipse charts an afflicted Mercury can bring censorship, student or teacher strikes, problems with young people, illiteracy, high rates of traffic fatalities or transportation accidents, air pollution, gas leaks and (when in a human sign) epidemics.[td

Venus: In a nation state Venus represents everything that is pleasant and enjoyable such as the arts, entertainment, music and other social pleasures, as well as diplomacy, protocol and ceremonial functions.. It is associated with both peace (soft aspects) and with war - especially when a war is being fought to right wrongs or change a balance of power, or involvement with negotiations leading to peace. It rules fashion and glamor, artists and the feminine archetype as well as the aesthetics and cultural areas.. It is connected with the nations resources and finances through bankers, financial institutions and farming. Venus signifies young women, courtship and marriage. Cycles:P$/
We need to recognize that the cycles of the Outer planets appear to play a much larger and more recognizable part in the lives of nations and states or other large entities because of the longer time periods involved in the ¡¥lives¡¦ of national entities as opposed to individuals. So to be a ¡¥real¡¦ mundaner it becomes necessary to do a bit of research concerning these cycles and what kind of influences they have had in the past, and what kind of history precedes us. This is not something that we can really go into deeply here, but we must spend a little time on them, and in considering any mundane chart it is always wise to be aware of which phases we are in at a given moment in time.\r{_1
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ IoO'6
Everyone is familiar with the cycles of the seasons, and in a similar way planetary cycles start with the seeding of an idea or concept through all of the phases, until hopefully it come to fruition, then decay, and then we start all over again. But every cycle which you study will go through phases similar to those which the Moon goes through every month; that is the waxing phase beginning at the conjunction until the quarter (the square), which is a kind of crisis point, then to the oppositional difficulties, and then into the waning phases where the idea is challenged at the square, consolidates into society at the close of the cycle, or dies, tries again, or moves on to something new. The waxing phase begins, of course, with the conjunction; and the conjunctions of the outer planets are called Great Conjunctions. There are ten major planetary Great Conjunctions which are made by the five outer planets - Jupiter through Pluto. I will briefly outline the mundane principles of these outer planets here, because you will need to know them even if you pay no attention to their cycles:l
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ CZ(G
Jupiter: Globally, Jupiter is about tolerance/intolerance, liberalism, a strong sense of morality, paternalism, benevolence, optimism, imperialistic attitudes, feelings of superiority, social awareness, and the capitalistic force in finance and trade relations. It governs borders between countries and treaties between nations.oc
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ JJ7
In a national chart Jupiter rules religion, the clergy, judges and the high courts, the laws of the land, credit institutions and bankers, all ruling bodies that ratify treaties, how diplomatic and trade relations are developed. The Senate, the Politburo, the Diet, Knesset, House of Lords and other national equivalents are all ruled by Jupiter.By6_
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ pi)T
In an Ingress, Lunation or Eclipse chart, Jupiter¡¦s good aspects promote peace, indicate increase or gain, and lead to the establishment of diplomatic relations or ambassadorial missions. An afflicted Jupiter can bring an overabundance of natural elements, religious suppression, international crises, border disputes, import or export problems.En
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ SE
Saturn: Globally Saturn seeks control, order and structure, material security, imposition of law, and can be intolerant, extremist and isolationist. In a national chart it rules senior citizens, landowners, farmers, and miners. It denotes quarries, mines and the land in general. In a business sense it governs the Stock Exchanges. Saturn rules corporations, state-run businesses, law enforcement agencies, monopolies, heavy industry and conglomerates. Saturn indicates the conservative side of society and governs law, justice, order, systems and prudence.P3|
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ y
In the natal chart of a country Saturn indicates the balance of power between civilians and military, or its lack. It shows tendencies of the nation to be regimented or standardized; it also shows any tendency to stagnation of social structures, or the oppressive nature of the ruling body.K4
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ ,
In an Ingress, Lunation or Eclipse chart Saturn is generally an index to misfortune, lack, or need, especially when afflicted or angular. Under stress it can bring defeat or indicate survival of the fittest. It can indicate severe extremes of weather, famine or disasters. A well-aspected Saturn stabilizes and strengthens a chart and promotes safety, economy and protective measures, pointing to conservative thought and action, and attitudes of responsibility and duty.D6
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ W
Uranus: Globally, Uranus is the planet of independence and individualism, and encourages free enterprise. It is liable to rebellion and revolution, and tends towards either the right wing or the fascist left-wing. Once in power it can be totalitarian and autocraticH]yg
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ $]0
Nationally Uranus indicates the ideological foundations of a government. Uranus also rules inventions, technology, electricity, high frequency communications, aeronautics and the Air Force, Space programs, civil air travel and participation in international organizations. It is also a measure of the level of freedom that exists within a country and a mark of its progressive tendencies, as well as how the individual is accepted within the nation state. Well aspected, Uranus indicates a high degree of literacy and freedom of expression.LP]8aR
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ GVO
In the Ingress, Lunation and Eclipse charts an afflicted Uranus can bring upheavals, revolution, anarchy, plane crashes, train derailments, explosions, hurricanes, typhoons, earthquakes, tornadoes and severe lightning storms with high winds. It can also indicate strikes and riots, and seems to be similar to Mars in this respect.X]
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ GWq4dO
Neptune: Globally, Neptune represents our universal and utopian tendencies, communistic ideas and collective values as well as democratic political movements. Neptune can be unrealistic and may wish to avoid confrontation. It can also symbolize devious, subversive or underhanded tactics. It denotes the fluctuations of popular opinion, sensationalism and illusions when it comes to passing popularity. It also indicates the conditions of the oppressed or impoverished.5.&FC
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ mFm[V
Nationally, a well-aspected Neptune represents a nation which enjoys a comfortable relationship with the sea, and with shipping or boat-building. It may indicate a nation with strong ties to faith or religion, an acceptance of different lifestyles and an interest in the establishment of social safety-nets.  Neptune rules oceans, natural gas, oil and oil refineries, petroleum, synthetics, kerosene, platinum, alcohol, tobacco, photography, the film industry, pharmaceuticals and drugs which produces unconsciousness. In the Ingress, Lunation and Eclipse charts an afflicted Neptune indicates marine disasters, dam breaks, tidal waves, gas leaks, vermin infestations, contagion, political instability, fraud, corruption and other elements of distortion.D{~(z
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ 9
Pluto: Globally, Pluto signifies the power of the masses, compulsive collective pressures, regeneration, fanaticism and obsession, disintegration and transformation. The placement of Pluto can show where there is a capacity for reorganization. Pluto rules the concept of evolution and the natural balance of life. Aspects of and to Pluto often show times when major sociological upheavals will occur.=l
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ ov+<
In a national chart Pluto indicates the ability of people to regenerate after war or disaster, and rules the ecological conscience of the nation. Pluto is the index to a nation¡¦s security and investigative agencies. Pluto rules propaganda and psychological warfare as well as conspiracy. Pluto rules nuclear power, plutonium, radium, zinc, tungsten, nickel, infrared rays and lasers. A well aspected natal Pluto can indicate sophisticated views of medicine, technology and alternate energy sources.G$dg
©½t¥Í³N¼Æ¬ã¨sªÀ -- ³N¼Æ¬ã¨s¡@¡@ ^
In an Ingress, Lunation or Eclipse chart stressful aspects to Pluto produce volcanoes, earthquakes, oil spills, fires, war, mudslide, avalanches, erosion and anything which involves widespread death and destruction. Power struggles and obsessions with power as well as terrorism, corruption and guerilla warfare may also be found.B;CV_e
