February 19, 2007 -- A driver and his buddy in the back seat were killed early yesterday - and the driver's girlfriend was maimed - when their car careened out of control on an icy Queens highway and was sliced in two after smashing into a signpost, police said. GV

David Ortiz, 24, of Brooklyn, was heading east in a black Honda Accord on the Grand Central Parkway at 3:10 a.m., with his 21-year-old girlfriend, Viviana Perez, at his side and friend Jamie Domenech, 24, also of Brooklyn, in the back seat.^
