2) 現在是否從事照顧客戶，如客戶服務等工作呢？

Dear Fred,

I am male.
1) I work in education institution (University)
2) I work in IT and needed to face with customers.
3) Salary is just one of reason, my current salary is over 20K. (not high and not low, I think I can have more)
4) My current job is no promotion and need to face with different customer, veery high workload and I think I am under paid. My job nature is no future, my dept. head don't like my boss and I haven't any relationship with the management level. I think I mustn't any promotion with 5 years.
